She is a talented musician, dedicated local business owner and one of the loveliest people we know. In the 19 years I have been in real estate I have often contemplated this question…..what DO we stand for? And in addition to that, what do we stand against?
It may not have warmed up much since we brought you the outdoor living inspiration a month ago, but we are getting closer. Promise. The sun has been shining and things are FINALLY turning green. Every once in a while you meet someone who you want to add to your Friends Roster (it’s a thing) immediately! That’s Lauren. Smart, dry and totally committed to bringing lovely things to our neighbourhood. I am officially a crazy plant lady thanks to her! When Lauren started out in the back of CMD on Dundas she quickly gained a huge following of loyal customers. Wildhood has since expanded & opened shop at Keele & Dundas, if you haven’t been by this cozy spot filled with beautiful things, get there now! But not before I pick-up a bunch of ranunculus – they go gast!

For six months of the year, we get to expand our living space in to the great outdoors.
The March stats are in and we have summarized all the numbers for you, to give you a snapshot of how the west end Toronto real estate market fared last month. Overall, the number of sales were stable, listings were down and average sale prices were down marginally compared to last year.
