We begin our relationship with an initial consultation, in order for us to get to know one another, and for us to get a really good grasp on what you are looking for. Following that, we begin our search! This is a collaborative effort, so we can narrow your search and thereby serve you better, by previewing properties & only showing you homes that meet your needs & criteria. We only take on as much business as we can handle, so your search is always our top priority. This allows us to focus on you, be available to show you properties on short notice & be on top of new inventory as soon as it hits the market.
Education & Research
We will provide you with all the information necessary to make an educated & well informed decision. We will arm you with historical data about pricing, trends & activity levels in your target area, and during showings we will point out details & areas of concern. When a home becomes a strong contender, we will walk you through the house inspection, so you are aware of any flaws and what costs you may incur over the next few years. Should you find yourself in competition, we will guide you through this often daunting process, and ensure you make decisions based on value rather than emotion.
We Follow Your Lead
We do not have our own agenda when it comes to your time frame for purchasing a home. It doesn’t matter if it takes 2 months or 2 years, we will stick with you every step of the way & take our cues from you. Want to take a break over the summer? No problem, just let us know when you are ready to re-engage and we will kick back into gear. We will work diligently for you to ensure that in the end you find the house of your dreams.
