We don’t believe in cookie cutter solutions for complicated marketing campaigns.  Each house, style and target demographic is different so shouldn’t each marketing plan be different as well?  We tailor our marketing efforts, in collaboration with you as the seller, to target the buyer who is most likely to purchase your home.  We also don’t just stage your home, we style your home, again in the style that is most likely to attract your target buyer.  Every target demographic is attracted to a different esthetic, we understand that and customize the look of your home to attract the right buyer for you.

Professional photography, floor plans, virtual tours, home inspections, feature sheets & staging.  These marketing tools should be a given, and yet they are lacking in so many of the listings that we show.  Yes, this is a busy market, and yes, most homes sell quickly, but that is not a reason to scrimp on marketing efforts & quite possibly the money going into your pocket.  It is proven that homes with emotional pull sell more quickly & for more money.  We don’t want to just sell your home, we want to get you the most money possible, so we don’t just do the bare minimum, we go way beyond that to ensure you get the highest return on your investment, in your home & in us.
