We firmly believe that staging is an integral part of the listing process, and we dedicate a lot of time to styling our listings to ensure that they showcase the home’s best assets and attract the perfect buyer! We feel so strongly about it that we have invested in furniture & accessories to complement any style of home, we do all our own staging/styling and we include it in our commissions.

Here are a few of our more recent listings that we staged and styled, all of which ended up with quick sales and multiple offers!

We really like to maintain the personality of the homes that we stage, so we use our client’s belongings whenever possible. In this case we kept our client’s living and dining room furniture and added a light area rug, flowers and stylish accessories to create this bright and welcoming space!

With natural light flooding in from the skylights, we had a lot to work with in this third floor loft space. By decluttering and brightening up the space with white bedding and greenery, we were able to create a space that buyers couldn’t resist!

With a blank slate to work with, we had our work cut out for us, but by renting the larger pieces of furniture and bringing in complementary accessories, this room was transformed into a showstopper!

To keep costs down, we worked with many of the existing features in the room, such as the wallpaper & furniture. By removing the carpet, wall hangings and excess furniture, and adding an area rug, new bedding and accessories, this lovely bedroom went through a total transformation!

We loved the features of this living room, particularly the natural light and built-in shelving, and by adding a few key pieces of furniture and accessories, this room wow’ed potential buyers!

This dining room had so many amazing features, and our clients had great furniture and art to work with, so with a little decluttering and some styling with accessories, it became one of our favourite transformations!

With stunning features to work with, such as the original fireplace and bow window, we knew that we could transform this bedroom into a space that buyers couldn’t resist!

This spectacular space had soaring ceilings and loads of natural light, by renting a few pieces of furniture, decluttering and adding art work and accessories, we couldn’t have been happier with the result!
