The Toronto Real Estate Board has released the April numbers and we have been busy analyzing them to give you a snapshot of what is happening in the west end Toronto real estate market. Considering that last April was the peak of the craziness, they aren't too bad, there are definitely some decreases compared to this time last year, but there are also increases as well. W01 in particular had an extremely strong month, with increases in all categories. In general, we are still seeing bidding wars for homes that show well, are well located and priced appropriately, particularly in w01 and w02 and less so in w06, w07 & wo8.
