What does this mean?
W01 and W02 in particular are thriving, with W01 showing an average sale price of almost $2M for detached homes. These areas are also showing very low days on market, with the average being just over one week. In short homes here are selling quickly and for high prices. W03, which is a more 'up and coming' area is showing very steady increases compared to last year, but it does take a little longer for houses to sell in this area. W06 is also showing very healthy increases in comparison to this time last year. W07 and W08 are a little more volatile, with moderate price decreases compared to last month and last year. Homes here are also taking a little longer to sell.If you have further questions about the market or when is the best time to buy or sell, feel to get in touch, we are always available for your questions!
